NCE Outreach
NCE Outreach offers training and employment opportunities for people engaged with the addiction treatment services offered by the Tabor Group & Cuan Mhuire through Northside Community Enterprises.
NCE Outreach provides training that helps to improve education, training and employment prospects, increase confidence and self-awareness and to assist participants in identifying their next steps in regard to possible retraining or upskilling to help support the participants to return to work or education during or after their time in rehabilitation with Tabor Group or Cuan Mhuire.
Vision and Mission
For some people it can be daunting to return to society on completion of their addiction treatment programme, especially if they lack financial and/or family support.
NCE provides an option to engage intraining and education during this transition period. NCE’s Outreach programme helps to improve education, training and employment prospects, increase confidence and self-awareness.
Participants are assisted in identifying theirnext steps regarding possible retraining or upskilling. Help and support is provided to participants to return to work or education during or after their time in rehabilitation.

We believe that all people have the right to integrate with others in our community, re-educate, train, work and gain the relevant experience to progress to future full-time employment.
Our mission is to promote social inclusion and provide accessible training opportunities to serve the needs of the local community.
