We aim to equip learners with real-world skills, recognised qualifications, and the personal confidence needed to thrive in today’s job market and society. We work with each individual to identify their goals and help them progress—whether that’s into further education, work, or a more independent life.
Who It’s For
Cork WIN is designed for adults aged 18+ living in the Northside of Cork who may:
- Have left school early
- Be unemployed or out of work long-term
- Are returning to education after a break
- Come from diverse backgrounds or communities
- Want to improve their skills and gain a recognised qualification
