The Cork Workside Initiative Northside (Cork WIN) is a dynamic outreach education and employability project committed to empowering individuals through skills development, training, and personal growth.

Based in the heart of Cork’s northside communities, Cork WIN supports adults who may be unemployed, underemployed, or returning to education. Our goal is to provide accessible pathways to employment, further education, and self-confidence through tailored QQI-accredited programmes and community-based learning.

What We Offer

  • QQI Level 4 Course in Employability Skills
  • Workplace Readiness Training, including CV development, interview skills, and personal effectiveness
  • Flexible, inclusive learning delivered in a supportive environment by experienced tutors
  • Weekly Training Allowance - Earn while you learn!

  • Local employers and community groups
  • Employment services and referral partners

Our learners come from diverse backgrounds, but all share a common goal: to build a brighter future through practical, confidence-building education.
