LTI Coordinator (Full Time)

Work Initiative Northside (WIN) is a local training initiative based in Northside Community Enterprises, Farranferris Education & Training Campus, Cork.

We deliver a full-time training course in Employability Skills offering certification in QQI Level 4. This course aims to provide learners with the skills and knowledge necessary to work in a contemporary office environment, in the tourism sector and beyond. There is a strong focus on career planning and personal development.

We are seeking a Coordinator (Full Time) to oversee the delivery of the LTI programme.

 

Responsibilities:

To assist in the development of the LTI in consultation with all stakeholders.

Facilitate learners in pursuing and achieving a major QQI 4 award in accordance with ETB training standards.

Hands on delivery of training QQI accredited components & the marking and grading of QQI accredited awards.

 

Successful candidates should have the ability to tutor some or all the following:

QQI Level 4: Customer Service, Computer Applications, Communications, Functional Mathematics, Work Experience, Personal Effectiveness, Career Planning, Entrepreneurial Skills, Tourism Visitor Care & Digital Media Technology.

 

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualification in training or education
  • Experience in supervision and administration of training programmes

 

  • Knowledge of QQI qualifications and modules
  • Experience delivering QQI or equivalent training modules
  • Strong administration and organisational skills
